**IMPORTANT NOTICE TO COVB WATER CUSTOMERS**

Water Billing Delay

ATTENTION: CITY OF VERO BEACH UTILITY CUSTOMERS

The City of Vero Beach is experiencing delays in mailing monthly utility bills due to a disruption in operations at our billing services provider.   We are working with them to resolve this as quickly as possible.  Until the issue is fixed, the City is waiving late fees and temporarily suspending disconnections for non-payment.  

As an alternative to paper billing, please consider registering your utility account with our new Customer Self Service where you can sign up for paperless billing, set up automatic payments, and view or print copies of your bills.
