The City is no longer experiencing delays in mailing monthly utility bills and customers should be receiving their bills in a timely manner prior to the due date. Beginning December 1, 2021 we will be reinstating our customary late fees and normal disconnect process for non-payment. As an alternative to paper billing, please consider registering your utility account with our new Customer Self Service where you can sign up for paperless billing, set up automatic payments and view/print copies of your bills.
