Planning and Zoning Board.  

The Planning & Zoning Board shall carry out the procedures, duties, and functions set forth for it in the Code.  The Planning and Zoning Board is also designated as the Local Planning Agency pursuant to Florida Statutes § 163.3174.  All members of the Planning and Zoning Board appointed by the City Council shall be residents of the City.
